6 Days Group Tour to Zagora & Merzouga

The Moroccan Sahara offers much more than sun, palm groves and sand dunes. When you will have the chance to travel to this Earth-Heaven for the first time, you will be charmed by the harmonious mix of picturesque gorges and pretty green valleys, golden dunes, beautiful palm oasis, desert towns, Berber villages and an extremely original culture that you can only experience in the desert land.

DAY 1 : Landing in Marrakech

* Arrival at Marrakech International Airport
* Transfer to hotel - Check-in from 2:00 pm
* Free time - Dinner & Overnight at the hotel

DAY 2 : Marrakech – Ouarzazate - Zagora

* Breakfast at the hotel - departure at 8:00 am for Ouarzazate
* Stop at the Tizi N'Tichka pass, then at Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou (guided visit)
* Lunch break in Ouarzazate
* Dinner and overnight in Zagora

DAY 3 : Zagora – Erfoud - Merzouga

* After breakfast, departure around 9:30 a.m
* Lunch at Alnif then on to Merzouga
* Camel ride in the open dunes
* Dinner party around camp fire
* Night in Bivouac under nomad tents

DAY 4 : Merzouga – Tinghir - Ouarzazate

* Early breakfast - sunrise trek
* Continuation of the trip with a stop in the Todra gorges
* Visit to the village of Tinghir (crop fields and cooperatives)
* Continuation to Ouarzazate via Kelaâ M'Gouna and Skoura
* Dinner & Overnight at Hotel

DAY 5 : Ouarzazate - Marrakech

* Breakfast at the hotel
* Visit the Kasbah of Taourirt and a Cinema Studio
* Return back to Marrakech

DAY 6 : Flight back from Marrakech

* Breakfast at the hotel
* Check-out before 12:00 pm
* Transfer to Marrakech international airport
